*30 minute Click & Collect service is available on orders that say ‘Collect In-Store: Today only’ . Items showing as being available within 1-3 business days will not be available for 30 minute collection as they will be sent from our distribution centre to your selected store. In the unfortunate event that your selected store is unable to fill your order, you will be contacted by our customer care team to provide alternative options.
When collecting your order in-store, you will need to show a copy of the invoice emailed to you once we have advised that your order is ready. You will also be asked to show your bank card attached to the order payment.
If a Click & Collect order is not collected within three weeks of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and refunded back onto the original method of payment. This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order.
