Any faulty style claim that has been worn, must be assessed either in-store or by our Head Office team. Please ensure the item is clean when returned to store or online for assessment.
If you are unable to take the product into store, please get in touch with details of how you have cared for the style and images.
If you have received a faulty style in your order, please get in touch with images and your order ID so that we can rectify this for you.
