How do I return a faulty style?

- Any faulty style claim that has been worn, must be assessed either in-store or by our Head Office team. Please ensure the item is clean when returned to store or online for assessment.
- If you are unable to take the product into store, please get in touch with details of how you have cared for the style and images.
- If you have received a faulty style in your order, please get in touch with images and your order ID so that we can rectify this for you.
